  • Individuals and Co-operating Ventures will be charged GST.
  • All registration costs will be invoiced and direct debited.
  • Please note we are unable to accept credit card payments.

  • In the role of: This may be the same as in the 'I am a'  box , unless you have another specific role in the Conference.
  • Representing: Please put name of Parish/Rohe, Committee or Board that you are representing.
  • Parish/Division Number: If you do not know the Parish/Rohe or Division number, please leave blank.

3: CONTACT DETAILS

  • Address: Please enter the postal address so that any other information can be posted to.
  • Email: Please enter the email address that your registration confirmation and any further information regarding Conference, e.g. PDF agenda, is to be sent to (if you do not have a personal email address then use your Parish email address)

  • Online access to all Conference sessions.
  • Includes Special Dinner attendance only.
  • A Special Dinner attendance question will appear after selection.

     In Person

  • Full in-person Conference attendance.
  • Includes Special Dinner attendance.
  • Dietary requirements will be collected.
  • A Special Dinner attendance question will appear after selection.

     Weekend Services In Person / Business Sessions Online

  • In-person attendance at Weekend Services.
  • Online access to Business Sessions.
  • Includes Special Dinner attendance.
  • Dietary requirements will be collected.
  • A Special Dinner attendance question will appear after selection.
