1: FEES & PAYMENT - GST
- If a Methodist Parish/Rohe registers its members and Lay Representatives through the Parish/Rohe, then no GST will be charged.
- Individuals and Co-operating Ventures will be charged GST.
- All registration costs will be invoiced and direct debited.
- Please note we are unable to accept credit card payments.
2: PERSONAL DETAILS
- I am a: This category defines your qualification to be at Conference.
- In the role of: This may be the same as in the 'I am a' box , unless you have another specific role in the Conference.
- Representing: Please put name of Parish/Rohe, Committee or Board that you are representing.
- Parish/Division Number: If you do not know the Parish/Rohe or Division number, please leave blank.
3: CONTACT DETAILS
- Address: Please enter the postal address so that any other information can be posted to.
- Email: Please enter the email address that your registration confirmation and any further information regarding Conference, e.g. PDF agenda, is to be sent to (if you do not have a personal email address then use your Parish email address)
